The new industrial activities being performed onsite include machinery maintenance all of which are being performed inside the covered vehicle bay onsite. I recommend the owner apply for a no exposure permit at this time or update ownership and permit status on the NCDEQwebsite. The contact I met with onsite was named Matt Hinson 704-599-2548. However, Google Earth indicates that there may be industrial activity still going on at this site. Can you please send someone out to inspect and if your inspector finds that industrial activity is still occurring, can you please NOV the current owner/operator for operating without a stormwater permit?
