initiated nor allowed by Sea Trail Corporation within any area designated on these plans as
"Reserved by Sea Trail" unless such structure(s) and/or paved surfaces are as shown on these
design plans or unless Sea Trail Corporation, prior to any construction of such structure(s)
and/or paved surfaces, submits revised plans with the required supporting documentation and
calculations and has obtained the required approval from the North Carolina Department of
