1. Provide a drainage area map for ditches.
RESPONSE: Resolved. Ditch drainage area maps are included.
2. Provide 10-year ditch liner calculations.
RESPONSE: Resolved. The ditch liner calculations, which were previously approved by
NCDENR on 7/23/2021 are attached. The previously submitted plans show temporary and
permanent ditch liner tables and channel liner installation details, which were previously
approved by NCDENR.
3. Provide a Supplement EZ form.
RESPONSE: Resolved. Supplement EZ form attached.
4. Provide a Low Density O&M EZ Form.
RESPONSE: Resolved. Low Density O&M EZ Form attached.
5. Submit 2 hard copies of plans and 1 hard copy of other documents. Upload PDFs to the website
indicated in your letter.

approved all erosion control measures for this project, including the ditch calculations. Therefore, there
should be no need to re -review the ditches.
