Another project we would like to discuss with you tomorrow.
The site was field verified by USACE in February 2018 and the construction has already begun. The 404 permit and PJD is
attached. The location of the pond was classified as an upland area back then.

However, DEQ is requesting us to contact the Mooresville Office regarding the pond shown in the USGS map. Seethe
attached letter.
Unfortunately the site is currently under construction, but I have attached a couple pictures of this area and the upland
dataform for your reference.
Do you need to schedule a site visit for this project? Or would you agree with USACE's determination?
