Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Suzanne, just found this message in my outbox, unsent. I thought you had this information weeks ago!
Thank you. I think the stormwater eDMR for is partly set up for wastewater, even when the stormwater permit is
selected. There are pages of questions that do not apply to stormwater, such as: Time of operator's arrival onsite, and
24-hr composites, and specific days of the week; none of these apply to stormwater, so it's very confusing and
cumbersome online. The outfall information is below as it appears in our SWPPP:
Outfall B: Lat: 34 21' 19" N
Outfall E: Lat: 34 21' 25" N
Outfall I: Lat: 34 20' 55" N
Outfall T: Lat: 34 20' 56"N
Long: -78 12' 32" W
Long: -78 12' 48" W
Long: -78 12' S4" W
Long: -78 13' 1" W

I will need the latitude and Longitude of the 4 representative outfalls.
I have to enter them manually. After they are entered, the next day they will appear on eDMR for reporting.

Do we have to report quantitative results, or only analytical? There are currently 26 outfalls in our approved SWPPP; 4
of those are representative outfalls, so those are the ones tested for analytical parameters. What do we really need in
there, and how can we fix that?

There is only one outfall showing for NCS000101.
Effluent is correct for Stormwater.
We are in the process of creating a User Guide geared towards Stormwater users.
It will not be ready until next week.

I keep trying to navigate this form; how do I enter the stormwater outfalls? This is set up only for wastewater.

I kept trying; the only way I could get in was to hit a link from another link in the 6-step process; must be a better way,
but I did get in. I selected the stormwater permit number and created a report; now I am completely confused. The
only choices from the dropdown list seem to be for a WTS system effluent; it really does not sound like stormwater. All
the choices are for compositing samples, arrival time of the operator, and other things that do not apply to our permit.
Am I in the wrong place? The instruction book might as well be in Greek...

Suzanne, I just tried to open the eDMR, unsuccessfully.
The address I tried: ncnode.enr.state.nc.us/nc-edmr/login.d0?m=view That gave an error message so I tried:
Ncnode.enr.state.nc.us/nc-edmr I got a login page, but when I entered my login and password, it said not available.
As far as I know, International Paper is all set up for eDMR entry; pls advise, Thank you, Wallace Coverdale

I looked all in there several times, when I select login to edmr, it asks me for a user name and password; how do I get the
password? Below is the text from Step 5:
Log in to edmr' (here is where I need a password)
Then follow the directions in the Facility Reporting Guide to assist you with the eDMR reporting process:
Creatiing and processing eDMR reports (Section 3) Searching for eDMR report (Section 4) Printing eDMR reports (Section
