This submittal meets one of the reporting requirements outlined in the company's stormwater permit effective on November 1, 2009. Although the 2009 permit expired on October 31, 2014, please note that Albemarle (then known as Rockwood Lithium, Inc.) submitted a timely application for renewal, and will continue to operate under this permit until the agency issues the site a new Stormwater Permit.
