In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the monthly monitoring reports for the outfalls that have been classified as Tier 2 or Tier 3 and are
subject to monthly sampling, are attached. The period for sampling ended on April 30, 2021.
Enclosed is the DM for outfalls SW001, SW007, SW009, SW010, SW013-10, SW013-13, SW016, SW018
and SW020.There were no samples collected from these outfalls and are listed as "No Qualifying Flow" for
the sampling period. This was due to lack of qualifying rainfall events. Please direct any correspondence or
questions concerning the Allen Steam Station NPDES Storm Water Program to Elizabeth Glenn at (980)
