Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original and one
copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring report for part of the Year 5 — Period 2
(December) are attached.
There was not a qualifying rain event to sample during the month of December 2020 for Outfall SW001 or
Outfall SW004. There was not a significant rain event during business hours to sample Outfall SW018A
prior to the removal of the outfall. A request has been submitted to remove Outfall SW018A and SW018B
from the permit due to rerouting of the stormwater due to construction activities in the drainage area.
