Good afternoon all, The project is not closed, and Atrium is still the owner of the property. We changed contractors. Does the new contractor Vannoy/McFarland need to reapply for this permit, or is this something that the property owner takes care of regardless of the contractor? Roman G. Aziza, I left you a voicemail regarding the project: NCC202247 but wanted to follow up with an email as well. Could you help me understand this permit as I am unfamiliar with it? This project was originally awarded to a different general contractor so I suspect maybe they (Beck Construction) pulled the original permit. Could you help me with getting this switched to our company name (Vannoy-McFarland, a joint venture) if necessary and then send me an invoice for the renewal fees? I apologize for being naive to this process and appreciate your help.
