At the time of my inspection, the concrete batch plant appeared to still be operational. Considering that it has been over 60 days since the Rescission Request was submitted, and that we have been out there several times, it is recommended that the Rescission Request be denied at this time. Kimberly Turney inspected the subject site on 5/13/2021. At the time of inspection, industrial activity was still occurring on site, and the rescission was not recommended. We will check this site again to see if they are ready now.
