Hi Ms. McCoy,
We were reviewing the Stormwater Permit Summary Report and found the following items that need updated.
For both NCG060079 and NCG060080:
1. Under the permit contact person can we replace Max Hopkins with myself.
2. Can we add me under the list for delegation signatory authorization. Attached is the signed letter that was sent
for your reference.
For NCG060080 only:
For outfall #8 description it states Silas Creek. We just wanted to make sure you are ok with that. In our plan we have it
as NW of Building 602-2.
