The report summarizes the findings of a recent inspection of the project's stormwater controls
conducted on March 25, 2008 to determine compliance with Stormwater Permit Number SW8
960918 issued on December 3, 2007.
The required actions.that are necessary to correct any deficiencies are noted under the

This letter is to notify you that the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Water Quality is considering
sending a recommendation for enforcement action to the Director of the Division of Water Quality. The
recommendation concerns the violation by you of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 (a) (1); making an outlet
into waters of the State without first securing the required permit to do so.
If you have an explanation for this violation that you wish to present, please respond in writing to me within
ten (10) days following receipt of this Notice. Your explanation will be reviewed and if an enforcement action is still
deemed appropriate, your explanation will be forwarded to the Director with the enforcement package for his
consideration.
