The renewal for the NCG120000 permits has been pushed to July 1, 2021. The last paragraph of the attached letter has the instructions on when the renewed COCs will be available. Here is a link to the public repository for NCG120072 I don't recall sending anything in the spring. Yes, please submit an Owner Affiliation form to update the legally responsible person for NCG120072. An email informing me of who should be the Facility contact and Permit contact is sufficient for those types of updates. Please be sure to include email, mailing address and phone number for each person. Thank you for the compiling outfall data to be updated. I hope I've answered all the questions. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Good morning Ms. McCoy, My name is Caroline LaFave, and I am e-mailing on behalf of Cleveland County regarding the transition process to eDMR for NPDES permits. Having run the Owner Verification and Stormwater Permit Summary Reports, there is quite a bit we will need to update. I have a couple questions regarding this process below: 1. The eDMR Owner Verification Report (attached) lists NCG120072 as having Status: Expired. The Stormwater Permit Summary lists the Permit Billing Contact as Nathan McNeilly, but it looks like his listed e-mail was incorrect. He says he received no renewal information for the permit this Spring, and neither has Josh Davis (the current Director of the Cleveland County Landfill). The listed legally responsible official is Edward Bailes, who is no longer County Manager, so I am not sure if any attempt to contact him was made. What do we need to do to update the status of this permit to active? 2. All contact information will need to be updated for the County. Josh Davis, the current Landfill Director for the County, has submitted the attached NPDES Name/Ownership Change Request. The ownership is still Cleveland County (he did not try to change this), but he used the form to attempt to update the Legally Responsible Person, the Facility Contact Person, and the Permit Contact Person to himself. I believe he should rather have submitted the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form. Josh wants himself as the Owner Affiliation, Owner Contact Person, Facility Contact Person, and Permit Contact Person. Should we submit the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form as well? Was his submission of the Name/Ownership Change form an issue? I am also working on a correct list of the outfalls for the facility to send you. Thank you for all of your help!
