Our system had significant issues facilitating review and processing this eNOI submittal because of the numerous large attachments uploaded with it. I just wanted to pass along information to help avoid this situation in the future. Most of the documents uploaded with this application are not the E&SC approval documentation. We only require one approval document and ask that full E&SC plans are never uploaded except when that is the only documentation of approval and acres of disturbance. In this case, I saw there was a cover sheet reviewed by the City of Raleigh, but a Grading permit approval letter was not provided? We typically see that letter from Raleigh uploaded for projects and not a plan cover sheet instead. That letter is the only documentation required as long as it contains all the necessary info. Please do not upload numerous project plan sheets or other technical documents that are not required. Several of these documents may be removed from the final NPDES Stormawter Permit COC file in our repository because they are not relevant to the review or record keeping of the NPDES permit. Future submittals with so many extraneous documents — especially large sized ones — may be rejected and require a new eNOI submittal. Thank you so much for helping us keep the process efficient to avoid delays in approval of eNOI submittals. NC O1 N01 Submission DEMLR • hCG01 NO! 55484: West Cabwrus compleml ty.
