So you do not need to wait until the end of the six-month semi-annual period. It's just that a-DMR has the limitation that any June samples (for example) cannot be reported until July 1 at the earliest. That should never put you out of your 30-day window. Hope this helps clear up the confusion. When data is reported for a given month, that report cannot be submitted until after the last day of that monthly report period. Your submittal failed due to the report being submitted before the end of the June monthly report period so my email was strictly regarding why the failure occurred. Bethany — Could you address the question about when the data is supposed to be submitted for this semi-annual period? Thomas F. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Hi Tom, Our permit requires semi-annual sampling. So are you saying that regardless of when we take our semi-annual sample during the 6 month period that we still can't submit the semi-annual DMR until after June 30'h which would be the end of the January 1" — June 30'h monitoring period? So if we took the sample say in March we still can't submit the results until after June 30''? It's a little confusing since the report format is based on a single month and not the entire 6 month reporting period. This is the first report that I'm submitting under this new program so I'm sure once I figure this one out, the future reports will be much simpler. Thank you. Tim Timothy J. This submittal failure is due to the report being submitted too early. Reports cannot be submitted until after the last the day of the monitoring period. The last day of the monitoring period for the June 2021 report would be 6/30 so the earliest you would be able to submit the report would be July 1. Thomas F.
