I sent a request for documents earlier today and neglected to include you, so I wanted to be sure to get that to you as
well. Attached is a notification for the upcoming MS4 compliance audit and request for documentation for the City of
Roxboro Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. Please provide the requested documentation within (7)
calendar days. The original hard copy of the MS4 permit document request has been sent certified mail . Once the
documents have been reviewed, a date for conducting the audit will be scheduled.
