In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original and one
copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring report for part of the Year 6 — Period 1 (February)
are attached.
There was not a qualifying rain event to sample during the month of February 2021 for Outfall SW001. A
summary of analytes reported at concentrations above the permit benchmarks for February sampling event is
provided below:

A follow up inspection was completed on 3/3/2021 at SW017. Additional sediment control measures were
installed along the gravel haul road and in the concrete ditches along the paved access road.
