Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Part I11, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original and one
copy of the Storrnwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring report for part of the Year 5 — Period 2
(November) are attached.
There was not a qualifying rain event to sample during the month of November 2020 for Outfall 001 or Outfall
004.
