following items related to the above referenced project:
• One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Stormwater Management Permit Application
• One (1) copy of a Narrative for Stormwater Treatment
• Two (2) copies of engineering design plans
• One (1) copy of USGS map identifying site location
• One (1) copy of the most current deeds
• One (1) check in the amount of $505 to cover the application fee
The proposed project involves the installation of a new pretreatment system, air backwash
system, and chemical feed system modifications for the Water Treatment Plant in the Town of
Siler City.
