Outfall 002 is located at the south side of the site. The collection point for this drainage area is a small
detention pond behind the non-ferrous warehouse. There is a pipe draining the pond leading under the
railroad to a wooded area south of the railroad and to an unnamed tributary to Dixon Branch. This
outfall discharge point is not accessible. The drainage area includes the maintenance area, nonferrous
warehouse, loading dock, and the shear building.
