Inspection Summary:
A site visit was conducted to assist in determining a better location to sample from Outfall 001, and determine the loaction of
Outfall 002.
Outfall 001 is a masonry box inlet that serves the back (north) section of the facility. Two black corrugated plastic pipes
enter the sides of the inlet, collecting stormwater from the west backside of the subject property and a portion of the east
backside of the property. The facility was given several options on how to proceed with sampling from this outfall.
Additionally, the location of Outfall 002 could not be determined, and was not located on the Outfall Map associated with the
SWPPP, but a description of Outfall 002 was listed in the SWPPP. It was recommended that the outfall locations and
numbers be reevaluated for the site.
