I have been working on the eDMR registration for the Stormwater permits and received a bounce back on the email sent
to Tyler Mercer, below.
I believe a new application form needs to be completed for whomever you designate as a Facility Administrator for
these permits.
Upon review of the Authorized signature list (email attached) and compared it to those already in the eDMR system.
Scott Ryan, is the only upper level "manager" that has an existing eDMR user ID.

However, I have not received the original signed registration form.
Please send a signed form to my attention. The EPA requires I have an original ink signature in our file.
