Just as I was getting ready to submit the Stormwater eReporting Registration Form, I found out that our Environmental
manager listed as the Responsible official for our locations is leaving the company (Craig Bushey). We will need to
change who that official is for our Kennametal Inc. facilities (Henderson and Weldon).

The only thing I am aware of is eDMR Registration at this time.
I do not recall if I've registered Kennametal.

I have two facilities that I need to make some changes to
NCS000171 (Kennametal Inc., Henderson NC)
NCG030151 (Kennametal Inc., Weldon NC)
We had Pete Dragich listed as Legally Responsible for both permits, and he is no longer with our company. He will be
replaced by Craig Bushey
Both location have also gone through plant manager changes (Delegated Signatory Authority)
NCS000171 — Jim Randolph will be replaced by Joe Stepusin
NCG030151— Dustin Brewer will be replace by Ron Seay
Which forms do I need to submit for these changes to take place?
I need to get this straightened out so that I can get our permits updated and renewed for both locations. Can you help
me with this, please?
