Hi Stuart,
"Woodfield Cove Apartments" is the project name that was entered on the NOI, and however the project name
is entered on the NOI is how it shows up on the COC. Since this is not the correct project name, you need to

submit a new NOI and terminate NCC211798 once that new NOI is approved. We can waive the permit fee for
the new COC because you caught the error within 30 days.
Please let us know when you've submitted the new NOI. I attached the NOI for NCC211798 for your reference.

Good morning Annette,
We have two projects with the same owner with very similar names that abutt each other, Woodfield Cove
which is built and the new project Woodfield Landing which is just starting up. The CoC has Woodfield Cove,
it should be Woodfield Landing. I crossed out Cove and wrote Landing on the CoC.
