4. Site Plan Submission Schedule
Density Averaging Plats must be reviewed by the Town of Huntersville Planning Department and approved by the
Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment Submittal Deadlines and Meeting Schedule can be found through the
Planning Department website.
