I am responding to the two attached General Stormwater Permits as required. As I understand from the instructions
provided I am to contact you with any requested changes. Both of the General Stormwater Permits (NCG180110 and
NCG180237) need the responsible official changed from Reggie T. Propst to Michael W. Hyatt, VP of Operations. Other
than that, they look correct.
Also, as indicated on the website, if the facility is not required to submit analytical monitoring reports under the
respective General Stormwater Permit you do not need to register the facility in eDMR. Neither facility uses 55-gallons
of new motor oil and/or hydraulic oil per month when averaged over a calendar year. We are required to conduct the
qualitative monitoring but I don't see where this is required to be submitted through eDMR. Am I correct in assuming
there's no reason to register our facilities?
