This law impacts any development approval issued by the Division of Water Quality under Article 21 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes, which is current and valid at any point between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2010. The law extends the effective period of any stormwater permit that is set to expire during this time frame to 3 years from its current expiration date. 1 ' J Accordingly, Stormwater Permit # SW8 000727, which was set to expire on December 21, 2010, is now in effect until December 21, 2013. Please resubmit the renewal application and fee at least 180 days prior to December 21, 2013, which would be June 21, 2013. Prior to the sale ofany portion of the property, an access/maintenance casement to the storillwater facilities shall be granted in favor of the permittee if access to the stormwater facilities will be restricted by the sale of any portion of the property. 13. The permitter is responsible for verifying; that the proposed built -upon area does not exceed the allowable built -upon area. 14. Existing impervious area is 26,858 sf. One proposed building of 9,436 sf and 20,682 sf of asphalt access area will be constructed. The total existing and proposed built upon area is 81.0% impervious of the 1.61 acre site. Stormwater runoff will be handled by a proposed wet detention pond designed to exceed the state's requirement of the first one inch of runoff. This pond will drain to the Northeast Cape Fear River with a Classification of C-SW. A vegetated filter is not required due to the 90% TSS removal used in the wet detention design.
