Hi Jeanette,

Thank you for the guidance you provided during our call this afternoon regarding the completion
and submittal of the required documents associated with the Town of Stallings MS4 permit.

As discussed, the only outstanding item at this point is the self-audit for compliance with Part II
Section F: Post -Construction Site Runoff Controls. We expect to have this completed and
submitted to you for review within the next two (2) weeks using the Phase II MS4 Audit Template.
