I've attached two pages from the original permit application that may help with identifying the outfall. If this doesn't help, please contact the Regional Engineering Supervisor, Tamera Eplin 336-776-9654 to schedule a site visit. ECOFLO is a recycling facility that receives various types of waste material from Industry and from the Houesehold Hazardous waste program. The wastes that are collected can be in both solid and liquid forms. Up until recently, ECOFLO has stored both used pallets, and various electronics outside of the facility near the North Fenceline. These items are no longer stored outside of the facility. C.
