OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY PERMITS AND APPROVALS FROM THE APPROPRIATE AGENCIES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD VERIFYING ALL ILLUSTRATED UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXERCISE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROTECT ANY UNKNOWN UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.
