Suzanne The building is being transferred to Halcore Group Inc., d/b/a American Emergency Vehicles, and AEV is registered with the NCSOS. We are all part of the same parent company, REV Group, a publicly traded company located in Wisconsin. I can send you a copy of our annual report if that would be helpful. Greg R. I have received the Stormwater Management Permit Application package for AEV Parking Expansion. The Owner listed on the application is REV Parts LLC, they are not registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State (NCSOS). Is there a parent entity to REV Parts LLC that is registered with the NCSOS? Once I have this information I will enter the application and begin the workflow. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
