Hi Elana,

The Town has completed the items identified in your attached email. I was horrified to learn that we
failed to actually submit those items to Isaiah. It’s our fault but the good news is that Staff has
worked with Council to complete the items requested. I’m attaching the documents identified in the
letter. I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to each of your personally, share what the Town
has done to cure these deficiencies, and determine what the next steps are to make this right. I’m
presuming that the State doesn’t allow in person meetings so if that’s not possible would there be a
time next week to meet virtually via Zoom.
