EXHIBIT "A" TO THAT CERTAIN DEED FROM GEORGE ANNE FORD EDDY, ET
ALS, dated June _Z4 , 1994, to Franklin County, a North Carolina
Body Politic, Louisburg Township, Franklin County, North
Carolina.
Being all of that certain 40.56 acre tract or parcel of land,
less two acres within the right of way of State Road 1264 leaving
a net 38.56 acres, lying and being in Louisburg Township,
Franklin County, North Carolina, and lying to the West of State •
Road 1264 (T. Kemp Road) as more particularly shown on that
certain plat of William T. Dement, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor,
dated April 8, 1994, and being entitled "Boundary Survey for
Franklin County Jail Complex", a copy of said plat being recorded
in Plat Cabinet C-3-1994-93, in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Franklin County, North Carolina, reference to which is
made for a more particular and accurate description.
