HISTORICAL NOTE TO FILE

Granite Falls was previously a co-permittee to the City of Lenoir under MS4 permit number NCS000474.
The Town of Granite Falls was issued NOV-2019-PC-0025 on January 24, 2019 under permit number
NCS000474, which required the town to obtain its own MS4 permit.
Upon receipt of the permit application, application fee and the Draft Final SWMP (version 3), the permit
number NCS000602 was assigned for the town’s individual MS4 permit.
