Lewis N C Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources 127 Cardinal Drive Extension Wilmington, NC 28405-3845 Dear Ms. Lewis: FEB 10 1994 I am responding to your letter of January 11 regarding the inspection in December of the mini storage facility in Leland. I have addressed each of the items in your letter but have been unable to complete the concrete work and the high water investigation because of the excessive amount of rain. Ezra Dale is helping me with this and he told me he had spoken with you. He, Sherwin Cribb and Ward Andrews are presently working with me to see if I have a problem and if so, to correct it. I mailed PE certification letter to Sherwin Cribb as soon as I received it. He has just told me that Ward Andrews should have received it and he has spoken with him. He will mail it to you as soon as he certifies the project is what I was told, and that will be as soon as the rain cooperates. I appreciate your cooperation and assure you that I am doing everything possible to complete the project as it should be. If you need to talk with me I can be reached easiest by my pager-341-9919.
