Mr. Holland explained to me that APAC submitted the DMR under the wrong permit number, and they are working on resubmitting it by Monday (12/21) or Tuesday (12/22). According to Mr. Holland, APAC moved plants about ten years ago, and that might be the reason for the mix-up. Please let me know if you need anything else.
