Yes, the legally responsibility for all of our construction stormwater permits is George Battle, III. You are correct that mailing address and telephone are the same as for Mr. Pruitt, and Mr. Battle's email address is gbattle ad.unc.edu. Please let me know what else I can do to assist you in updating our records. This is much appreciated! Thank you so much! We recently improved our ability to revise legally responsible person contact information for construction Stormwater COCs. I wanted to update this data record based on our past correspondence. Is the legally responsible person still George Battle, III? And is mailing address and telephone information the same as it was for Mr. Pruitt? I know the e-mail address is different, and I'll revise that, too. Thank you, Bethany Georgoulias Environmental Engineer Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hi Bethany, Thank you for sending this invoice — we are actually nearly finished with the project and will request a closeout inspection in the next couple of weeks. I have a question: I have sent in multiple requests to change Mr. Pruitt's name to Mr. Battle's name on our erosion control permit documentation, but Mr. Pruitt continues to be copied on documents from your section and from the erosion control inspectors. What is the best way to officially have our permit contact information so they are sent to the correct person? I have made the requests on the permit modification website and specifically to Sally Castle, and no changes to the email notifications have taken place. Thank you!
