The NCS000022 permit is scheduled for renewal next year. You have permission to continue discharging stormwater per the requirements of your expired Industrial Stormwater Permit if you have met the following requirements per Part II, Section 131 of your permit: You have submitted a renewal application at least 180 days prior to your permit's expiration date You are current on your annual permit fees, and You have submitted Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) per the requirements of your permit. The business still has not received the renewed permit. I've provided a copy of the renewal documentation for reference. Is it possible to receive a status update on the application?
