Good afternoon Mr. Carter,
I would like to thank you and Ms. Curry for meeting with me yesterday for the site compliance evaluation inspection. I
have attached a copy of the report for that inspection. Also, I have attached a copy of the final permit for Myers
Industries - Patch Rubber (Permit No. NCS000325), as well as a cover letter for that permit. As we discussed yesterday,
the benchmark for zinc in your permit has been updated to reflect the 2013 revision of our stormwater benchmarks.
This is consistent with the draft permit that was sent to you in December of 2019.
