REGAN Secretary BRIAN WRENN Director NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Quality November 4, 2020 Carey Davis 2100 Southbridge Pkwy Ste 540 Birmingham, AL 35209 Subject: NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit Lumberton, LLC Electronic Reporting Requirements Individual Permit No. NCS000349 North Carolina Renewable Power -Lumberton LLC- North Carolina Renewable Power Robeson County On January 1, 2021, all NPDES Individual Industrial permittees will begin reporting required sampling data via the electronic Data Monitoring Report (eDMR) system. The six step Stormwater eDMR process can also be found by entering "deg.nc.gov/SW-eDMR" in your browser. All instructions, links and forms you will need are available there. You will need to complete the following steps by the following dates: By December 1, 2020, you will need to complete: - Step 1: Verify Database Information - Step 2: Submit eReporting Registration Form By February 1, 2021, you will need to complete: - Step 3: Set Up Data Entry and View Only Users in eDMR - Step 4: Request Certify and Submit Privileges for Certain Users Before July 1, 2021, you will need to have completed Step 5: Enter Monitoring Data in eDMR. Your permit requires that monitoring data be submitted within 30 days of receiving the data from the lab. On an ongoing and as -needed basis, you will need to complete Step 6: Maintain Facility and User Data.
