draft NPDES Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit for Low & Bonar, Inc. (permit number NCS000179), as well as a
cover letter. I apologize for the long delay in getting this draft to your facility for review, as we have had quite a bit of
turnover in the stormwater permitting group. Please review the draft permit and submit and questions or comments to
me within 30 days of receipt. This permit will also be sent to public notice in the near future for public review.
