Your comments (in bold) are provided below followed by our responses (in italic): 1. Please provide documentation that David Lisle is a member of Dannen Porperties, LLC • A letter with his status as a member is placed in the resubmittal set 2. The drainage area listed on the application and calculations does not match the drainage area neap (it does not appear the DA = entire site. The DA appears to have been incorrectly noted in the "stormwater notes" on sheets C3 and C6. • The drainage area has been updated for two areas, one with the 1.37 acres of impervious area and the second that has no added impervious area and does not drain to the proposed detention pond. 3. While it is shown that a temporary pool elevation of 22.3 will satisfy the 1" state stormwater required volume, it appears that the actual temporary pool is 23.1. • The actual elevation of the temporary pool elevation is 22.27. This is based on the 1 " orifice is located at the permanent pool of 21.50. This will be updated on sheet C6 and the updated values on the supplement. 4. Please include basic permanent vegetation/seeding requirements for the project (on the drawings). • This has been updated on sheet C3 5. Please provide stage -storage information for the pond and forebay • This is added to the submittal set 6. Please provide an original signature for the wet detention supplement • The original is placed in the submittal set 7. Please provide a curb detail for the project • A detail for the 24" standard curb and gutter has been added to the submittal set on sheet C5. 7 2 7 R A C 1 N E Q R I V E, 9 U I T E 2 a 2, W I L M 1 N G T U N, N C 2 9 4 ❑ 3 P H: 1 9 1 13 1 7 9 7 • 6 7 0 7 F A x: ( 9 1 ❑ ) 7 6 3- 4 5 1 7 E- N 0 !
