The attached Articles of Organization outline the structure of the LLC. Mr. Lambros and Mr. Gilbert own and manage this thing 50/50. It so happens that Mr. Lambros is listed as the Initial Registered Agent and his address was chosen as the location of the LLC. The mailing address was also defaulted to this location by a "NA" entry in the applicable field. Mr. Gilbert is handling the erosion control and stormwater permitting and wishes to have the correspondence delivered to the Finian Drive address. What steps need to be taken to permit Mr. Gilbert to sign as a responsible party and have his mail delivered to his address? I have approached his attorney and need to let him know how to resolve this issue for the State. Obviously, his address can be added as the LLC's mailing address, but does he have to insert his name as the registered agent? Can this status be shared? -Please call if you experience trouble with this transmittal 0 102 Suite D Cinema Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403 (910) 815-0775 FAX (910) 915-0593 0 D:c. 2. 2()01 1:22PM MUD ENGINEERING, P. The site is located on the comer of Ploof Road and Hwy. 17. The project falls within the jurisdiction of Leland Planning and Zoning Department. Adjoining Property The site is bounded to the west by US 17 and Ploof Road. The southeastern boundary is shared with a commercial property. The northern boundary is adjacent to residential land use. Soils Soils on site are mapped in the Brunswick County Soil Survey as Torhunta. Proposed Erosion and Sedimentation Control Practices Several practices to control erosion and sedimentation will be utilized for this project. First, 2 temporary sediment traps will be installed. Temporary diversions will be utilized to ensure runoff reaches the traps and avoids running offsite prior to treatment. Rip -rap aprons will be installed as energy dissipaters adjacent to flared end sections. Lastly, vegetation will be required within 15 days of cease of activity on all disturbed soils to control erosion. Please refer to the site plan for locations of these measures. Proposed Stonnwater Management Practices Stormwater will be collected via a system of drop inlets and RCP and conveyed to a wet detention basin. From there, stormwater will be drawn down through the basin outlet structure and piped to Jackey's Creek. An emergency outlet structure will provide for the release of stormwater in excess of the 1 inch design storm. The conceptual layout of the site seeks to minimize the impact on the natural drainage features on the site and provide an environmentally ft'iendly design. This project was originally review and permitted under the fast track program as SW8 051204. Subsequent revisions, namely the addition of parking area has prompted this revision to the stormwater plan. The extent of the changes to stormwater infrastructure is limited to some minor grade revisions and the deepening of the pond. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. File f:lmasterlpw-6011wpolecpcov.wpd Stormwater and Erosion Control Project Narrative Salty Dogs at Waterford P W -601 l 1 /22/2005 Project Summary The purpose of this project is to construct a convenience store on the subject 1.9 acre site. The site is located on the comer of Ploof Road and Hwy. 17. The project falls within the jurisdiction of Leland Planning and Zoning Department. Adjoining Property The site is bounded to the west by US 17 and Ploof Road. The southeastem boundary is shared with a commercial property. Proposed Stormwater Management Practices Stormwater will be collected via a system of drop inlets and RCP and conveyed to a wet detention basin. From there, stormwater will be drawn down through the basin outlet structure and piped to Jackeys Creek. An emergency outlet structure will provide for the release of stormwater in excess of the I inch design storm. The conceptual layout of the site seeks to minimize the impact on the natural drainage features on the site and provide an environmentally friendly design. , PROJECT: SALTY DOGS AT WATERFORD PROJECT #: PW601 DATE: 11/15/05 POND 1 NCDENR TOTAL DRAINAGE AREA (AC) = 1.27 55271 SF PROPOSED 1MPERV AREA (AC)= 0.98 42520 SF % IMPER AREA = 0.769 BUILDINGS PARKING LOTISIDEWALK PROPOSED PERVIOUS AREA (AC)= 0.29 % PERVIOUS = 0.231 STATE REQUIRED STORAGE FOR 1ST IN OF RAINFALL RUNOFF = 0,05 + 0.009 X %aIMPERV = RUNOFF = 0.742370321 REQUIRED VOLUME = 1.0 IN X RUNOFF X AREA X 43560 SFIACII2 INIHR VOLUME (CF) = 3419 STATE REQUIRED SURFACE AREA 90 % TSS REMOVAL 3.5 FT DEEP POND, 73% IMPERVIOUS SAIDA = 7.7 SURFACE AREA (SF) =SAIDA X AREA X 43560/100 14256 W USE PREDEVELOPMENT C = 0.20 USE FULLY DEVELOPED C = 0.95 PROPOSED COMPOSITE "C = .95 X .77 + .25 X .23 INTENSITY WITH 60 MIN TC)PRE) INTENSITY WITH 30 MIN Tc(POST) 1 YR INTENSITY(INIHR)= 1,33 1.93 10 YR INTENSITY(INIHR)= 2.52 3.64 1 YR.
