Inspection Summary:
The following deficiencies were noted during the inspection:
1. An engineers' certificate of the stormwater system was not found in the DWQ file.
2. Pond slopes appeared steeper than 3:1, especially near the inlet of the forebay and adjacent to the road of the main
basin side. The overflow appears to extend only to the TOB, which is different than approved plan.
3. Pond slopes are steep and eroding, especially near the inlet of the forebay basin (a willow tree had fallen into the
basin). Numerous willow trees and myrtles were observed on the pond slopes.
To bring this system into compliance, the following must be completed:
1. Submit an engineers' certification of the stormwater system to DWQ.
2. Maintain pond slopes per the approved plan. Re -vegetate as needed.
3. Repair the overflow per the approved plan.
4. Repair erosion of pond slopes and re -vegetate as needed.
5. Remove woody plants along pond slopes below the permanent pool elevation.
Note: If additional built upon area (BUA) is proposed, please submit a permit modification to notate the future BUA for
approval prior to construction.
