This report indicates that benchmark exceedances were detected as follows: 1. Outfall 002, Zinc, 0.044 mg/L over benchmark. Upon investigation, no evidence was discovered to indicate a source of the exceedance. Tier 1 measures have been implemented in line with the requirements of the permit. We will continue to monitor the zinc levels at outfall 002 during our 2nd Semiannual monitoring event. If there are any questions or if more information is required, please feel free to reach out to our EHS Manager, Lily Hans at lily.hans@cmworks.com or by phone at 704-916-5739.
