Sids Mill Developer agrees to apply the following street names to any new streets created in the new development: John Smith Road, Malcolm Smith Road and Lochead Lane 2. Sids Mill Developer agrees to construct a Drainage Swale and 10.00' Drainage Easement along the East boundary of the property (Tract 2 above; PIN# 0443-16-9323)- adjacent to the property of Boyd and Mae Parsons to connect to the existing Drainage Easement and Drains along the North boundary of that parcel that separates the Village of Rockfish. The new Drainage Easement shall be split with 5' of land coming from the Sids Mill parcel (PIN# 0443-16-9623) and 5' from the Parsons parcel (PIN# 0443-26-4707).
