A portion of the proposed development currently drains to a low in the southwestern end of the property and the remainder of the proposed development currently drains to the east. The proposed subdivision will maintain the general existing drainage pattern and will utilize vegetated roadway ditching to convey runoff off -site into adjacent undeveloped land.
