The WaRO has no reason to hold up your continued processing. I recommend permitting. I'm going to be taking over the Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit Coordinator role from Lauren Garcia/Matt Gwinn, and I just have a few questions for you about the permit application I've been working on. It's a new permit for a facility called Fuji Silysia in Greenville, Pitt County. I believe you inspected the site in January of this year. Based on your inspection, would it be ok to proceed with the permit? I have it drafted, I just need Central Office review and public notice. Also, the facility claims it has only one outfall from a stormwater retention pond — is that consistent with what you observed onsite? I know it's been a while since the inspection — sorry about that! I've attached a copy of the draft permit and draft staff report if that helps. Let me know if you have any comments/questions. Thank you so much!
