Hello,
On behalf of Tim Furr, please find revised sets of plans. The revisions include:
1. The applicant did not sign the Applicant's Certification section of the SWU-1oi
Application Form. This is required for all applications. The Property Owner's
Certification is only required when the applicant is not the property owner.
Attached.
2. Please submit a complete a Supplement EZform and an O&MEZform. They have both
been updated to include a low density option and are required for all applications. Both
can be found on the Stormwater Design Manual website.

3. Please show the boundaries of all surface waters, wetlands, regulatory flood zones,
protected vegetated setbacks, and protected riparian buffers, or a note on the plans
that none exist [15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iii)].
Note was added to plan sheet C-2.o and C-4.0.
4. Please provide a final grading plan with proposed contours and drainage patterns that
does not include the erosion and sediment control plan [i5A NCAC 02H
.i o42(2)(g)(i v)1
This has been provided.
5. Please provide calculations showing that the vegetated conveyances are designed to
prevent erosion during the peak flow from the 10-year storm [15A NCAC o2H
.1 o0,3(2)(c)(ii)].
Calculations will accompany this submittal.
6. Please provide calculations showing that any rip rap or other outlets are designed to
prevent erosion during the peak flow from the io-year storm [15A NCAC o2H
.1050(4)].

7. Please show the vegetated conveyances in permanent recorded easements [15A NCAC
o2H .i o5o(q)].

8. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of
other documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
