Please note that I joined Bonar 6 months ago and have been overseeing the SWPPP since then. I have ensured that the 2013 data was submitted to DWQ in Raleigh as required by our permit. However, I do not have reference as to if the periods of 2010 — 2012 were submitted. For what I have personally seen in the past 6 months and by reviewing both analytical data and qualitative visual data, our outfalls appear to be in good shape and for the most part within the benchmark values. If you have question or concerns please feel free to contact me. Respectfully Submitted, Stephen C.
